Promoting Contraband 1st degree (Class D Felony)  -  5 years consecutive to Oldham Co. 06-CR-00040 and Kenton County  04-CR-00322-003.   Dismiss PFO 1st degree.

Comm. vs. William Steven Deering II  - 09-CR-00098

Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree 1st Offense – Class C Felony -  5 years probated for 5 years,  pay $1000.00 fine,  restitution and court costs. 

Comm. vs. Shirley Duncan  - 09-CR-00127-002

Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree 1st Offense,  Class C Felony,   defendant pled to amended charge of Possession of Marijuana (Class A Misdemeanor) – 12 months probated for 24 months.

Comm. vs. Brandon D. Smalley  09-CR-00130

Fleeing and Evading 1st degree,  Class D Felony  -  3-2 PTD,     DUI 1st  (Class B Misdemeanor)   Disregarding Stop Sign (violation) 4 counts,  Speeding 15 mph over/greater  - 12 months probated for 24 months.   Dismiss Reckless Driving and Aggravator on DUI 1st. 

Comm. vs. Joseph Curtis Overstreet -  07-CR-00213-002 & 07-CR-00214-002

Trafficking in Marijuana over 8 oz. but less than 5 lbs (Class D Felony) 2 counts,  2 years probated for 3 years.   Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor) 2 counts – 12 months probated to run concurrent with felony plea.   Defendant to pay court costs.
